In 1977, Joan Jett and Kim Fowley were two of the people who sat down with Tom Snyder on his Tomorrow Show program to discuss the then-current state of punk rock music. This is a great glimpse into what Joan was dealing with back then.

THIS is what Kristen Stewart is trying to embody. I think Kristen’s voice is a little deeper than Joan’s was back then, but that’s OK.

Kim Fowley is the one in the orange jacket and all the glam makeup. He’s definitely a character, isn’t he?
