Win tickets to Milwaukee’s Summerfest from Jack FM

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts are performing at Milwaukee’s Summerfest on July 1st, and Jack FM is giving away tickets. The winners will be picked at random on Friday, June 18th. Each winner will receive four general admission tickets to the festival.

As of now, The Blackhearts will be performing at 10:00 PM, on Thursday, July 1st, at “TheCoolTV Rock Stage with Miller Lite”. See the full schedule HERE. The festival runs from June 24th through July 4th, 2010. Summerfest is also on Facebook.

Premiere dates for “The Runaways” confirmed! LA premiere contest

Gossip Cop has confirmed that the Los Angeles premiere of The Runaways is Thursday, March 11, and the New York City premiere is Wednesday, March 17th.

The Runaways movie has an official twitter now, @RunawaysFilm. This was confirmed as legitimate by the Runaways Movie Facebook page, which is linked on the official Runaways Movie website. Follow them for special giveaways and info about the movie.

Sixx Sense, Nikki Sixx’s (@SixxSense) radio show, is giving away a trip to the Los Angeles premiere HERE. Be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully, as always. Like the contests for the NYC premiere, this contest is for legal US residents only.

“Make Up For Ever” Contest for “The Runaways” NYC Premiere on March 17th

The New York City Premiere of The Runaways is currently set for March 17th, 2010!

I told you about the Urban Outfitters contest last week, and now Make Up For Ever USA has a contest to win a trip to the NYC premiere of The Runaways also. This one is open to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), and you must be at least 18 years old to enter. Be sure to read ALL of the contest rules and regulations and details for entering HERE.

Royal Flush Magazine has announced their Joan Jett portrait contest! Submit your best illustrated portrait of Joan by leaving a comment on Royal Flush‘s MySpace blog. (You’ll have to sign up for MySpace if you don’t already have an account.) The winner will receive a Gibson Joan Jett series Melody Maker, AND his or her entry will be published in the next issue of Royal Flush. The contest ends on December 31st, 2009.
