If Joan has a new record out, why only
4 shows??!! Most bands tour behind an album cycle!!!!
It’s still early yet. We’ll probably see more dates announced in the next few months.
Then why release the record now if you aren’t going to go on tour and support it??? Questionable management.
Joan Jett and the Blackhearts tour heavily all year long, every year. They’ve never stopped, even when they’ve had nothing new to promote. (I’ve seen them live 18 times over the last 20 years or so.) They typically rest up this time of year while they plan for next year. Keep an eye out, more 2014 tour dates will be announced soon. Their live show is not to be missed, and is WELL worth the wait.
By the way, just so you are aware, I do not work with Blackheart Records or with any of Joan’s management. I only post dates after they are officially announced.
Somewhere somehow I’m going to see her live next year, can’t wait…….She is the best at what she does and no one else comes close.
